Hi! We're Travis and Jess, a husband-and-wife team raising two girls, Wren and Gryffin, in beautiful Monterey, California. We love adventuring as a family: camping, road-tripping, and soaking up the coastal air.
Travis works full-time as a web developer (and plays drums at our local church), while Jess holds down the home front as a memory maker and homeschool mama.
The spark behind TinyTasks
Like many parents, we found ourselves trying to wrangle daily chores, school routines and weekly activities with mixed results. We tried chore cards and charts but everything got cluttered and hard to keep engaging.
"What if we used that old iPad to build something better?"
That simple idea led to the first prototype of TinyTasks: a playful, digital way to manage routines that kids actually enjoy using. After testing it in our own home and getting excited feedback from friends, we decided to go all in and build it for other families too.
TinyTasks is designed to be simple, motivating and fun, because forming habits doesn't have to feel like a chore. And because it runs on the iPad you already own, any family can start tonight.
